Information for all ticket holders

If you purchased a season ticket and you find you are unable to attend the performance you are scheduled for, you may call our reservation line (419.504.1528) to move your season ticket to any remaining available seat. If you wish to alter or cancel a reservation, you must call the reservation line to do so at least 24 hours before the performance, or you will forfeit your season ticket for that show.

Seats are held until TEN minutes prior to curtain; at that time, they are released for resale.
